North Korea passed the law to launch a nuclear attack for national security.


According to the International News Agency, North Korea has passed a law declaring itself as a nuclear weapons state.

North Korean leader Kim Jong-un has ruled out any talks on denuclearization, calling the decision "irreversible".

North Korea's new law stipulates the right to pre-emptive nuclear strikes on any country for self-defense.


It should be noted that despite strict sanctions, Pyongyang has conducted six nuclear tests between 2006 and 2017.


North Korea continues to build up its military capabilities day by day to threaten its neighbors and possibly target te US soil in violation of UN Security Council resolutions.
